The InterTradeIreland FUSION graduate programme can provide you with a unique opportunity to help a company create and develop technologically innovative and commercially viable products and services and gain significant project management experience.
These companies are carefully selected by InterTradeIreland and include some of the leading innovative SMEs North and South.
Each year we actively recruit around 45 graduates from across the island, onto the programme from within the science, engineering and technology disciplines.
To date we have had over 450 graduates through our programme with 85% of those who have successfully completed our graduate programmes offered employment with their host companies.
This site contains all you need to know about the programme, the role itself - what’s on offer, current job opportunities,what you need to be eligible to join and the great training available through our Post Graduate Diploma in Business & Management from a leading Academic Institute.
Placements are normally for 12 months or 18 months with many of our graduates offered full time positions within the company following the programme.
