The InterTradeIreland Acumen Graduate programme offers motivated and vibrant people an opportunity to be a leader in the development and implementation of a sales strategy within some of the most progressive SMEs across the island.
Our Acumen Graduate programme can offer you a valuable introduction to the world of sales and business development.
You will be employed by a company which has sought the assistance from the InterTradeIreland Acumen programme to develop and increase its cross- border export sales. Your project will include the development and implementation of an export sales strategy whilst playing a key role in the management of the company.
Many of the previous InterTradeIreland Acumen graduates now hold key senior positions in the companies they were placed in. Each year we actively recruit around 30 graduates from across the island onto the programme from a range of disciplines including Engineering, IT and Food.

Placements are normally for 12 months with many of our graduates offered full time positions within the company following the programme.
